Change Management Support

Our services include:

  • Develop a change management strategy based on contractual and organizational requirements
  • Conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in an easy-to-understand and logical manner
  • Manage the change request queue and request lifecycles
  • Establish an effective meeting and communication cycle with Change Advisory Board (CAB) stakeholders and team members.
  • Chair CAB meetings to support decision making and approvals
  • Establish clear decision making guidance and criteria for emergency, urgent, and normal changes
  • Work with the project manager, integrate the approved plans into the project WBS as actions/activities/deliverables and milestones
  • Work collaboratively with project team members to identify mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address cross-team impacts
  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful change initiative and administrative efficiency that will lead to cost containment and/or reduction;
  • Track and report change metrics
  • Participate in monthly project review meetings and assist Project Controls Lead in reviewing monthly reports
