Planning Phase

The Project Planning Phase is the second phase in the project life cycle. It is identified as the most critical as it involves development of all project plans that will guide the project team through the remaining phases of the project: execution, control & monitoring and close out.

The primary deliverable of this phase is the development of a Project Execution/Management Plan (PEP). This plan is addresses the following project ares:
